STORAGE & SHELF LIFE Unless otherwise stated, the cakes need to be stored in the fridge and served chilled. Cakes need to be consumed within 24 hours.

DELIVERY Upon request and subject to an additional charge, the Seller may arrange a delivery of the cakes to the Buyer, within inner London. For deliveries, the Seller and the Buyer need to agree on the time range. The Seller can not guarantee the cakes to be delivered at an exact timing. If the Buyer requires delivery, the Seller must be informed in writing prior to placing the order, or selected at check out. The delivery fee must be paid in advance and can not be refunded more than 3 days prior to the delivery date.

COLLECTIONS If the Buyer collects the cakes, the Seller cannot accept responsibility for the cake once it has left the Seller’s premises. It is best to travel with the cake in the boot of a car and to drive slowly and carefully. The cakes must not be kept in a warm car. The cakes must remain flat – if it is on a seat or on somebody’s lap it is unlikely to be flat and may get damaged. Please come to the end of the road, Waverley Avenue. Send me a message and let me know you have arrived I’ll meet you outside. If you arrive by train and you'd like to meet me at the station (Wembley Park) kindly inform me the day before.
